Why it all starts with a quick mindset shift...
Before I started my healing journey, I didn't give much thought to mindset.
But now that my relationships are tied directly to how I see myself, rather than hoping people will treat me well, I have to be way more intentional about how I think of myself. After all, it's hard to expect others to treat you right when you don't treat yourself well, am I right?
That's why I started looking for new ways to love myself out loud.
I realized that it's the small changes that make a biggest impact. Putting me time on my calendar, writing in my journal before I go to bed, and finding 10 minutes to meditate during the day.
But the biggest game changer?
Changing my self talk.
